Clubbell® Athletics is a fusion of multi-planar movement chains and weight training, aimed at producing optimal strength to enhance life and longevity. When structure, breath, and movement are in sync, one finds their flow. Clubbell Athletics is designed with this in mind.
As opposed to conventional linear strength, which involves exercises with heavier weight in single, static planes of motion, Clubbell Athletics incorporates 3-dimensional strength, with lighter weight at first, swung in multiple planes of motion. The result is increased stability, improved joint strength, injury prevention, force production, and stimulation of neuromuscular coordination, among a very long list of other benefits to people from all ages and fitness levels.
Clubbell Athletics is presented in a format that helps you understand the most relevant approaches to training and coaching others, including yourself, in a variety of environments and circumstances. Exercises are learned incrementally, starting with simple components to build up a solid structure, and gradually working into more complex component chains.
The Clubbell athlete will be able to not only perform Clubbell exercises and movement sequences with proper form, but will also be able to instruct others on the safe implementation of Clubbell swinging.
